Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum opening order and reorder amount is $100.-

2. All prices are FOB Berkeley, California and subject to  change without notice.

3. We accept Visa and Master credit cards. We also accept COD money order

     or cashier check.

4. Terms: Net 30, with approved, properly filled out credit application. You can  download our credit application form from this web site or call our customer  service representative to fax you one. Please allow 2 weeks credit check.

5. Please report your shortage or damage merchandise within 15 days after   receipt of the goods. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained from Millennium Production before damage merchandise can be returned. The   RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package and the credit will

    only be applied once the return merchandise is received.
